Imagine a week where time seems to stand still. You are immersed in the rolling landscape of Burgundy, surrounded by peace and space, and you discover your creative flow. During this painting and drawing holiday, I invite you to deepen your creative process. Through accessible exercises, you will learn to see nature and your surroundings in a new light.

What are we doing?
This week is all about exploring, discovering, and developing your drawing and painting skills.
The theme of nature will be our focus.
And I'll teach you various techniques to capture all the surrounding beauty. It's not about "making it beautiful" or an exact representation of reality. But about learning to express yourself and strengthening your style. Practice and experiment with colours and lines.

hat does a day look like?
Every morning, we'll start together. I'll give you an exercise that I'll explain with examples.
There's plenty of room for your ideas and wishes, of course.
We'll have lunch together at the large table on the spacious terrace—with a magnificent view—after which you'll continue working on a new assignment or your own project in the afternoon.
At the end of the afternoon, we'll get together to discuss each other's work and share experiences.
You'll work wherever you feel most comfortable: outside in the sun or shade, or—if the weather isn't so good—inside the spacious hangar.

Morning: 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM
Afternoon: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM

What's included?
Materials:
Everything you need for drawing and painting is provided: sketchbook pencils, charcoal, pastels, acrylic paint, canvas, various types of paper, an A3 folder to store your work in and take it home
Food and drinks:
Five summer lunches, two 3-course dinners (Sunday and Friday) coffee, tea, and non-all other drinks
The course starts Sunday evening and runs until Friday evening.

Small group - lots of attention
Small sessions of a maximum of 6 participants. This offers in-depth, plenty of personal attention, and room for growth.

Leisure time and the area
Just a ten-minute drive away is a lovely swimming lake (near the campsite), with picnic spots and a cosy restaurant.
The village offers several restaurants, and the historic town of Cluny (20 minutes) is highly recommended for an afternoon of history and culture.
Having your car (or sharing a car) is recommended, allowing you to travel easily between your accommodation and the course location. There is no public transport available.
